Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Simon Dalton and Matthew Kemp, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as liquidators on the dates and times specified below:

DON WALKER BUILDING LIMITED on 23 July 2020 at 2.55pm.

FUNDSTAR FINANCE LIMITED on 26 July 2020 at 1.30pm.

The undersigned does hereby fix 31 August 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
