Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators following a solvency resolution by the company’s shareholders on 20 July 2020 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 21 August 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims in the liquidation.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
