We, Elizabeth Helen Keene and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, both of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Blenheim on 28 May 2020 at 11.08am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 28 July 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have priority to, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
