Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 22 May 2020 at 3.40pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that EARLY GROW PRIVATE LIMITED, ZAIKA MOROCCAN LIMITED and A&M PRIVATE LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidator fixes 10 July 2020 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
