Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ALLBAYS TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 May 2020 at 10.54am.

We fix 30 June 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
