Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that on 15 May 2020, the liquidation of the above-named company, whose registered office is at 222 Dairy Flat Highway, Albany, Auckland, commenced when the shareholders appointed Jurgen Werner Herbke, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator. This is a solvent liquidation.

The company has no known creditors and notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report of the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.

Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 30 June 2020.
