Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 13 May 2020 at 2.00pm, the shareholders of the above company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into voluntary solvent liquidation and having filed a resolution as to solvency, that Bevan Neil Ralfe and Craig Ross McCoy, of Christchurch, be appointed as joint liquidators.
