Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The shareholders of LISMORE SECURITIES LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen of Christchurch, Chartered Accountant, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 16 May 2020 at 9.30am.

Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 10 June 2020.
