Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the shareholders of the companies on 29 April 2020 at 6.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 5 June 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidations.
