Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Restructuring and Insolvency Turnaround Association of New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of GLORY LIMITED by the shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 22 April 2020 at 10.00am.

We fix 30 June 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
