Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Malcom Russell Moore, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholder. The liquidation commenced on 15 April 2020 at 9.00am

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 15 May 2020 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
