Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 18 May 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
