Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 2 April 2020 and 7 April 2020, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced on 2 April 2020 at 2.00pm and 7 April 2020 at 3.00pm respectively. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 5 May 2020 and 22 May 2020 respectively.
