Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of MASIH LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 8 April 2020 at 11.46am when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ), as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book, the directors having previously passed a solvency resolution.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

As this is the liquidation of a solvent company no meeting of creditors is required.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator hereby fixes 30 April 2020 as the last day for creditors to lodge their claims with the liquidator and establish any priority their claims may have.
