Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Keaton Alexander Pronk, CA ANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholders of the company on 7 April 2020 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 15 May 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
