Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 5 March 2020 at the times stated below:

• JEET HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.45am.
• CORIANDERS LIMITED (formerly JEET HOLDINGS NO 6 LIMITED) (in liquidation) at 10.46am.
• JEET HOLDINGS NO 2 LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.47am.
• JEET HOLDINGS NO 8 LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.47am.

We fix 17 April 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.

Please note the business and assets of these four related companies (formerly trading as Coriander’s Indian Restaurants) were recently sold, and are now trading with new owners in the same premises and with the same trade name. The liquidation of these companies should in no way affect the continuing Coriander’s Indian Restaurant business operations.
