Notice of Appointment of Administrators

The above-named company was placed into voluntary administration by its board of directors with effect from 20 October 2020 pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993. Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several administrators of the company.

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the Tauranga Yacht & Power Boat Club, 90 Keith Allen Drive, Otumoetai, Tauranga on Monday 2 November 2020 commencing at 1.00pm.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. Deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
