I intend to rectify the Overseas Companies Register in terms of section 360(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on the application of the following company by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Overseas Register. Dates are those of registration.

AIOI NISSAY DOWA INSURANCE CO., LTD (2248720) – Company name on the application for registration of overseas company (21 May 2009) and change of name (1 October 2010) incorrectly included the words CO LTD instead of COMPANY LIMITED – Name to be corrected.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 23 April 2019, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
