Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of the company will be held by way of an assembly of creditors on Tuesday 16 July 2019 at 10.00am.

The agenda for the meeting is:

1. For the creditors of the company to resolve that the administration end or the company be placed into liquidation;
2. Other general matters properly brought before the meeting.

Please note, creditors’ claims must be received by the Administrators by 14 July 2019 to be eligible to vote.
