Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

• Other Companies (held consecutively). Time From: 2.00pm.

The purpose of the meetings is:

1. To consider the report of the administrators.
2. To determine:
1. whether to execute the deed of company arrangement;
2. whether to bring the administration to an end; or
3. whether to the company should be placed into liquidation.
