The applicant described below has applied, under section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017, for the removal of a right of way, a right to convey water and gas, transmit electricity and telecommunications and to drain stormwater and sewage (“easements”) in the South Auckland Land District. The applicant claims the easements are redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

Circumstances: All or part of the benefitted land no longer adjoins the burdened land as a result of the subdivision shown on DP 443605.
