Description of Land: An estate in fee simple in 62 m², more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land District under number LT 497398 being Part Rural Section 1167 which is part of the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume C Folio 1167 such land being part of the land granted to John Hamilton Morgan under Crown Grant 1786 on 30 July 1858 who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
