Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and by reason of an error made in the notice dated 9 November 2018 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 November 2018, Notice No. 2018-ln5786, I, the Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, hereby revoke that notice and issue the following notice in its place.

Notice of Intention to Amalgamate Land Under Section 98 of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016—Waimakariri District

Pursuant to section 98 of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, I, the Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, amalgamate the land in the First Schedule to this notice, and any estate or interest in, or any status, restriction, charge, or any other encumbrance that applies to any piece of land to be amalgamated, except for those described in the Second Schedule to this notice, will be extinguished.
