Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. Pursuant to section 114, the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall remain vested in the Whanganui District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117(7), added to the land in Record of Title 538967 subject to the Reserves Act 1977

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
