A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 26 Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Dame Patsy Reddy, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule (“land”) to be taken for aerodrome purposes, subject to Encumbrance 10093270.5 and vested in Queenstown Airport Corporation Limited on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

The land is located at 17 Red Oaks Drive, Frankton, Queenstown.
