Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information New Zealand, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice are to be stopped and vested in the Hauraki District Council as local purpose (drainage) reserves subject to the Reserves Act 1977 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
