Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager for the Whangarei District of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Maungakaramea Recreation Society Incorporated to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedule, and vests the reserves in the Whangarei District Council for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves.
