Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the South Waikato District Council hereby changes the classification of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule to this notice to a local purpose (community use) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
