Section 37B of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Pursuant to section 37B(1)(b) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice is given that Tauranga Bridge Marina, located at 101 Te Awanui Drive, Harbour Bridge Causeway, Tauranga 3116 and operated by Tauranga Bridge Marina Limited, is no longer an approved place of first arrival for offshore craft.

A copy of the written notice of revocation may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, Pipitea, Wellington 6011.
