Pursuant to sections 14 and 31 of the District Court Act 2016, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint:

Allan Christopher Roberts, retired District Court Judge

to be an Acting District Court Judge, and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, for a term of one year commencing on 30 January 2020.
