Under section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Secretary for Education, I hereby dissolve the Kamo High School (13) Board of Trustees and appoint

Tunney McFayden

as commissioner to replace the board.

Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Kamo High School (13) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 August 2019, Notice No. 2019-go3735).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
