as a member for a term of three years commencing on 16 September 2019 and expiring on 15 September 2022; and reappointed

as members for a term of three years commencing on 16 September 2019 and expiring on 15 September 2022; and appointed

Professor Neil Quigley

as Deputy Chair for the remainder of his term ending on 7 November 2019.
