Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 November 2018, which was granted under those regulations to Lydia Loader, in respect of Frankton Christian Kindergarten (34017), situated at 11 Aberdeen Drive, Dinsdale, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
