Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 June 2014, which was granted under those regulations to Georgina McDonald, in respect of Penny’s Place Childcare (20543), situated at 1570 State Highway 17, RD 4, Dairy Flat, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
