Pursuant to section 24A(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Dr John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of the Rata Alcohol and Other Drug Service medical practitioner issued under this section on 5 July 2019 (New Zealand Gazette, 5 July 2019, Notice No. 2019-go3171).
