Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under delegated authority from the Secretary for Education, I amend the notice of appointment published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 December 2018, Notice No. 2018-go6146, and appoint Wayne Sneddon as commissioner for the Henderson Valley School Board of Trustees.

This notice takes effect on 30 August 2019.
