Pursuant to section 408 of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the issue on 5 June 2019 of the Food Notice: Food for Export – Exemptions from Domestic Compositional Requirements No. 2 2019 which came into force on 5 June 2019 (“notice”).

Notice is also given under clause 8(1)(d) of Schedule 6 of the Food Act 2014 that, under sections 444 and 445, the Codex Standard for Follow-up Formula (CODEX STAN 156-1987) is incorporated by reference as a standard work of reference into the notice.

A copy of the notice and the Codex Standard for Follow-up Formula may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, Pipitea, PO Box 2526, Wellington.
