Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 7 May 2019.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment Act) 1992 Notice 2014—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“principal notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 17 July 2014, Issue No. 143, Notice No. 2014-go7228) and the Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, No. 143, page 3909).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Hutt Valley DHB”, “Wairarapa DHB” and “Capital & Coast DHB”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Nigel Alexander Fairley, psychologist, of Wellington”
2. and substituting the name and title
   “John Jeffrey Hammond, registered nurse, of Whanganui”.
