Pursuant to sections 14 and 31 of the District Court Act 2016 and section 7 of the Family Court Act 1980, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint:

Maureen Jeanette Southwick, qc

Rosemary Hossack Riddell

retiring District Court Judges, each to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court, for a term of two years commencing on 15 May 2019 and 19 August 2019 respectively; and

Jane Hewat Lovell-Smith

retiring District Court Judge, to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, for a term of two years commencing on 8 June 2019.
