Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 September 2018, which was granted under those regulations to Calmar Ulberg, in respect of Leabank Kindergarten (5123), situated at 19 Solo Place, Manurewa, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
