Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed to the Financial Markets Authority Board, as established under the Financial Markets Authority Act 2011:

Christopher Grant Swasbrook, of Auckland

as a member for a term commencing on 8 June 2019 and ending on 7 June 2024.

Further, and pursuant to section 11(1) of the Financial Markets Authority Act 2011, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed to the Financial Markets Authority Board:

Christopher Grant Swasbrook, of Auckland

as an Associate Member, for a term commencing on 18 March 2019 and ending on 7 June 2019, in respect of matters arising under the Financial Markets Authority Act 2011 and the financial markets legislation defined by section 4 and listed under Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Authority Act 2011.
