Replace the paragraph

with

“Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Inquiries Act 2013, I, The Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister of Energy and Resources, hereby establish the Government Inquiry into the Auckland Fuel Supply Disruption (“Inquiry”).”.
