Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 23 April 2019 it entered into possession of certain goods mortgaged pursuant to security agreements made by the Mortgagor in favour of the Mortgagee dated 27 July 2017, 5 December 2017, 14 May 2018, 19 July 2018 and 31 August 2018.

The mortgaged goods are:

1. a 2015 Ford Ranger (registration number: RO0F3R);
2. a 2017 Mercedes-Benz (registration number: KTC741);
3. a 2007 Mercedes-Benz (registration number: LBG258); and
4. a 2009 Toyota Hiace (registration number: LAH414).

The address of the Mortgagee for communication relating to these goods is at the offices of Simpson Grierson, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.
