Public Notice of Intention to Remove the Following Companies

I, Daran Nair, liquidator of VOGUE FURNITURE (NZ) LIMITED, TRIPLE STAR CONTRACTORS LIMITED and ADDIT EMBROIDERY LIMITED with their registered addresses at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, hereby give notice under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the above-mentioned companies from the New Zealand Register.

The date by which an objection to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 23 August 2019.
