I intend to remove the following limited partnership from the Register under section 98A(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that this limited partnership does not comply with section 8(4) of the Act.

MASAB LP

Unless, under section 98(5) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, written objection to the deregistration of above limited partnership is delivered to the Registrar by 6 August 2019 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to deregister this limited partnership.
