It is intended that the following overseas company be removed from the Companies Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the Official Assignee as liquidator has lodged the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

KOURA MINING LIMITED

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act, written objection to removal of the above mentioned overseas company is delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 24 May 2019, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove this overseas company from the Register.
