This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 October 2019, an application for putting MATAPAUA ESTATES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2019-419-261. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 11 November 2019 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
