Pursuant to section 52Q of the Commerce Act 1986 (“Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives notice that it has amended the information disclosure requirements applicable to airport services under Part 4 of the Act.

The amended information disclosure determination is Commerce Act (Specified Airport Services Information Disclosure) Determination (Decision 715, 22 December 2010).

The amendments are set out in Airport Services Information Disclosure (Backward-looking Profitability) Amendments Determination 2019 [2019] NZCC 5.

The amendments come into effect on the date of this notice.

The scope of the amendments cover:

• amendments to align our backward-looking profitability information disclosure requirements with our forward-looking profitability information disclosure requirements; and
• minor error corrections.
