Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Johnathan David Knowles of Christchurch, company director, and Michael William O’Donnell of Christchurch, retired, give notice that on 7 February 2019 we were appointed jointly to be receivers and managers of all the property of FIVE BLEND HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership) by Gary Allan Dixon by deed of appointment in exercise of the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated 7 September 2015 registered against the Personal Property Securities Register under financing statement No. F84V34G80P39M615 and by law and in accordance with section 6 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
