Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Notice is hereby given that on 3 September 2019, Andrew McKay and Andrew Bethell, both chartered accountants and CAANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company under the terms of a general security deed (“GSD”) dated 27 March 2018.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s rights, titles and interest in property charged by, or subject to a security pursuant to, the GSD, with all the powers conferred by, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the GSD and by law.
